ANA LEON | Founder, Creative Strategy Ana is a dynamic professional with 17 years of visual and digital communications experience spanning a variety of industries, consumer touch points and media. Her expertise ranges from health care, automotive, entertainment, finance and higher education, to hospitality, real estate, food and beverage and non-profits. Ana is a pioneer in the online arena. In 1996 she was one of the key team members who created Disney’s first global online presence for its 26 business units. She developed the identity and original content for Disney's first online educational channel Edu-Station, and created the company's first global, collaborative music room. She later led the re-branding efforts for ‘DVD Express’, an online e-tailer of DVD movies, to expand its singular product portfolio to include movies, music, games and electronics. Ana has worked as a consultant with top advertising agencies such as Wunderman, Foote, Cone Belding, and BBD Needham. Ana is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University and holds a B.F.A. in Communications and Fine Arts, with an emphasis in Graphic Design. She also studied Transportation Design, Product Design and Brand/Identity at the prestigious Art Center in Pasadena, California, and Italian Product Design at Studio Arts Centers International, Florence, Italy. THERESA HOWARD | Brand Innovator Theresa brings 15 plus years of experience in marketing and advertising with big agencies like Saatchi & Saatchi and Grey Global Group, mostly in international markets including Asia and Latin America. She became an expert in automotive and pet during that time managing the Toyota and Pedigree brands. Theresa worked for Mars, Inc., the 6th largest privately held manufacturing company in the US, as a brand analyst developing business activity recommendations to support new product launches and brand growth for Pedigree and Whiska's global business. She worked with Landor Associates, on the Proctor and Gamble account, U.S. market, and played a large role in the launch of the U.S. packaging effort for Iams Snacks & Treats. She has provided brand marketing consulting services to medium-sized businesses in the insurance and construction categories for Imagine One, and championed the strategic development of branded-response TV and online campaigns focused on delivering lead acquisition, loyalty and retention. PAMELA BOBOC | Account Director Pamela has 15 years experience in the microcomputer software industry serving as a leader in a variety of functions including purchasing, sales, marketing, electronic commerce and electronic business. She was recognized at Symantec Corporation with numerous awards including three sales manager of the year awards, the Vice President’s award, the President’s Award, and the prestigious Spirit of Symantec award. She served on the Board of the Software Publisher’s Association Internet division and was a frequent panelist at industry conferences. Pamela ensures Transcend's fine-tuned process stays the course throughout every aspect of our client projects. Her account and project management skills and passion for the creative development process allow her to translate our clients’ needs into a clear vision across all of our teams resulting in successful on-time project delivery and great customer service. Pamela is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a BA in Spanish.
